An existing bar, counter or other serving area needs enough room for safe preparation, ingredients and equipment. A photograph or floor plan helps us assess the space before the event.
Tell us about stairs, lift access, loading restrictions and parking. For outdoor service, we’ll discuss shelter and a suitable working surface.
Chilling arrangements must also be agreed. Where we supply chilling equipment, we use cool boxes and ice; a fridge is not automatically included.
