Your quotation depends on the drinks allowance, service hours, staffing, bar choice, postcode and any branding. Tell us your date and guest numbers, and we’ll recommend an option with the price, applicable VAT and delivery charges clearly stated.
Start with how many drinks you want to provide per guest. For example, 50 guests receiving two cocktails each require a 100-cocktail allowance. We’ll also consider service length and whether you are offering wine, beer or other drinks.
Yes. We can arrange the bar and bartenders to serve your stock. We’ll clarify all other supplies in advance, including mixers, ice, garnishes and glassware.
This depends on guest numbers, menu complexity and how quickly drinks need to be served. Tell us whether everyone arrives together and whether cocktails are the main drinks option, so we can recommend appropriate staffing.
We need suitable access and enough working space for the selected bar, staff and stock. Any power requirements, outdoor cover and delivery restrictions are checked during planning. A floor plan or photograph helps us confirm the setup.

These are total drink allowances, rather than guest capacities. For example, 100 cocktails could provide two cocktails each for 50 guests, or a different allocation alongside other drinks.
Our stocked cocktail packages include a mobile bar, bartender, spirits and mixers for the agreed menu, cocktail glassware and bar equipment. Your quotation confirms the full inclusions, ice and garnish provision, delivery arrangements and final price.
Staffing is reviewed against your guest numbers, cocktail choices and expected demand. An arrival rush may need more bartenders than the same number of guests spread over several hours.

We can provide a mobile bar and bartenders while you purchase the alcohol. Before booking, we’ll agree who supplies the mixers, ice, garnishes and glassware.

Delivery and Setup Across London
We organise delivery around your venue’s access arrangements. Tell us the postcode, loading restrictions, parking options and whether the equipment must travel upstairs or in a lift.
We normally allow 60–90 minutes for setup, with the exact schedule agreed before the event. Breakdown usually takes 45–60 minutes after service finishes.
For outdoor setups, we’ll discuss shelter and the ground surface. Power requirements depend on the bar and equipment selected.
Our bars use cool boxes and ice for chilling; fridges are not included.
