For the Samsung Galaxy S25 launch on O2, Cocktails With Mario delivered complete drinks services across eight O2 stores over one weekend.
The campaign included stores in London and major cities including Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and Edinburgh, with London-area activations including Westfield and Fulham.
The real challenge was consistency. Staff, equipment, ingredients and service standards needed to arrive at every store on time while adapting to different retail spaces, access arrangements and customer flows.
